The story in terms of your character is very simple.
The story in terms of the world is just one huge infodump that doesn't even affect the way you play the game and is overall lame and gay.
It's a roleplaying game. If you don't care about the characters and don't want to talk to them then don't, unless it's crucial for solving the case. If you don't want to solve the case then the game has failed. - Anonymous

Nothing you do in the game impacts the story in any meaningful way. You can completely randomly level your stats and you'll get the same experience every time. No different than just watching a 100% playthrough on YouTube. And you know you can't prove me wrong so don't even try, brainlet boomer.

WITHOUT sh*tting on people for being ESL at all... Yes this would be a really bad game for anybody who isn't very comfortable with the English language, native or otherwise. The whole game is reading and the prose has a fair amount of subtelty to it. If you aren't picking up on the sarcasm, the undertones and the implications then you're not going to be getting a good experience. There are plenty of people with English as their first language who I would not trust to consume this game because they read at a tictok level. - Anonymous
