Beat together sugar, milk, egg, and almond extract. Combine baking powder and flour to the milk mixture. Mix in the melted butter until thoroughly combined.

Coat the pan with vegetable spray.

  1. Melt butter. Beat together sugar, milk, egg, and almond extract. Combine baking powder and flour to the milk mixture. Mix in the melted butter until thoroughly combined.
