Just had a great visit to Mr. Tire. I waited on my car in the lobby and watched Shane handle each customer very patiently and respectfully even when stress was coming from every direction. This is my second time there. Both visits were great, but this second visit they really went the extra mile to take care of my needs. Price and service, I was very happy. They saved my a lot of money by going with them as opposed to the previous garage I got a quote from. Thankful to Shane and Kevin for a great visit!

My mother has stopped here a number of times and they have been so fair, kind and helpful. She has mentioned it so many times that we made a special stop so I could get info, pictures and post this review. We highly recommend Stuart Weiss!!! I love someone who takes care of people, especially elderly grandmothers!!!

Great service today with Mr. Tire. Shane got me in quick and took care of all the paperwork in a professional manner. Brodie fixed my Dodge Ram dually tire valve that was leaking and was very helpful with information about the tire valve. He put everything back better than it was and even wiped off everything when he finished. Great team of folks and I highly recommend them to anyone. Good job guys.

Stuart was an angel in disguise as we needed emergency tire service. Even though it was nearly closing time and it was Christmas weekend, he and his assistant stayed to help get us back on the road after we had already experienced 2 tire blow outs. I can’t say enough to express our gratitude for his kindness and professionalism in our time of great need.

i needed a state inspection, but also had my engine splash shield dragging on the ground. the service guys were courteous & efficient, and tacked-up the loose panel at no additional charge.

My experience was great. I was greeted warmly and treated with respect. I got a car inspection and when my car was ready, the mechanic came to me and let me know that my car would need servicing soon. When I paid, I was invited to let them service my car. I will be returning.

I needed an alignment fast after having new struts put on and they were able to get me in the day I called. They did a great job and gave me a complimentary inspection.

Everybody at Mr Tire is very nice very helpful they helped me choose the tires that were right for my vehicle and for what I wanted to do with it, they got me in and got the work done very quickly, very pleased,

It was devastating to find a screw in the tire of my brand new SUV. Upset is an under statement for how I was feeling. At 5pm trying to find someone to repair the tire I thought was going to be impossible and that I'd end up having to buy a new one.
Stuart was the absolute best, salesman, representative of Mr. Tire, and all around great person. He actually kept me calm. They were able to patch the tire. The customer service from Stuart alone and the speed at which they fixed the tire would be the reason I would return and recommend Mr. Tire to everyone. Thank you.

We had a flat tire while vacationing at Chimney Rock. We called Mr. Tire (one of few tire places open in that area on a Saturday afternoon.) They made sure they had the right size tire for our vehicle before we made the trip to Hendersonville. The staff is professional and courteous. They were able to patch our tire and we were on our way! Very much appreciate Mr. Tire and would use them exclusively if we lived in Hendersonville.

Had an engine light come on, staff were able to assess quickly. When they were unable to provide work needed, referred me to the dealership, all at no charge to me. Thank you for your professional service.

My oil light came on while driving home from vacation, and I pulled off at the closest exit and just so happened to pick Mr. Tire off the map to stop. I'm very grateful I did! Great service, and they found that the last place I'd gone to get an oil change had completely ruined my drain plug. Fortunately, they had a new one on hand and were able to replace it for me!

I went in with a flat tire. They got me in and out in about 30 minutes, fixed the tired, and were super friendly. It was also a budget friendly price. Thanks guys.

Came here before to get tires Today was just a tire rotation IT IS FREE here
They called me in to show me - that previous place who did my OIL CHANGE this AM did a double gasket which caused all the oil drain/spill out
It was a good thing I came to this MR TIRE after my oil change and they discovered the problem Otherwise my engine would have had serious damage
I will be forever indebted to their expertise and professionalism

My family has taken our car to this repair shop frequently. Each time we have been treated with courteous, professional staff whose standards are different than the average repair shop. They are transparent in their services and have fixed the issues! I recommend them for your family as they have taken great care of ours!!
